Nekra.me Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Nekra.me website (the “Site”) operated by Nekra.me (“Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This is a legally binding agreement between you, as the user of the Site (“User”, “you”), and the Company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.

2. Description of Service

Nekra.me provides an online platform that enables real estate sellers, landlords, and agents (“Lister”) to publish real estate listings, and for potential buyers and renters (“Seeker”) to search for and view these listings.

You acknowledge and agree that Nekra.me:

  • Is not a real estate agency, broker, or advisor.
  • Does not own or sell any of the properties listed on the Site.
  • Is not a party to any transaction or agreement entered into between Listers and Seekers.
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of the listings. The responsibility for the content of listings lies solely with the respective Lister.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: To use certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • Account Termination: You may request to close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

4. Specific Conditions for Listers

Any User who posts a listing on the Site (a “Lister”) agrees to the following:

  • Authority: You represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to market, sell, or rent the property you are listing.
  • Listing Content: You guarantee that all information provided in your listings (including price, size, location, photos, and descriptions) is accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content, including photos, videos, and text, that you upload to the Site.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not post any content that is false, fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or infringes on the rights of any third party.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all inquiries and communications directed to you by Seekers regarding your listings.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Nekra.me Property: The Site itself, including its logo, domain name, software, design, and original content, is the property of Nekra.me and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • User Content License: While you retain ownership of the content you upload (your “User Content”), by posting it on the Site, you grant Nekra.me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Nekra.me makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Nekra.me is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information or listings provided by Users. It is the User’s sole responsibility to conduct due diligence and verify information before entering into any transaction.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nekra.me disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from communications, disputes, or transactions between Users.

8. Modifications to Terms
